Questions about what VXJ Studio is and what exists so far. There is nothing here about setting a light up or fixing one: nobody owns one yet, and answers to those questions would be invented.
What is VXJ Studio?
A lighting company. We design the lamp, the light it makes, and the app that shapes it — one studio, one family of products.
What does "composed light" mean?
That the light in a room is arranged rather than switched on: a colour or a white, at a brightness, held or moving, across the rooms you choose. We use "composed" because it is closer to what the work actually is.
Can I buy a VXJ light?
No. Nothing is for sale, and nothing on this site can be ordered.
When will it be available?
There is no date. The first lamp has not been prototyped, and the prototype sets the timeline — publishing a date now would be a guess dressed as a commitment. When there is a date, it will be here.
Is the VXJ Studio app available?
Not yet. It is in development and has been run on a phone, but it is not in any app store and cannot be downloaded.
What is Living Light?
A membership, for everyone who wants it — including people who own VXJ hardware. The free experience is complete on its own; membership adds new scenes, composed and released over time. There is no price to announce yet.
Will it work with the rest of my smart home?
No. VXJ products connect over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and are shaped from the VXJ Studio app. There is no voice-assistant support and no Matter support, and neither is planned for the first products.
Where will VXJ products be available?
Australia first. That is the launch market, and it is why everything here is written in Australian English.
